The Digital Movement Assessment
A clear, measured picture of how your body actually moves — before you decide what to do about it.
A 30-minute motion-capture scan that scores your posture, flexibility, core stability, and joint-by-joint mobility — so you can see exactly where you stand. $99, and you walk out with your results in hand.
Five scores. One clear baseline.
The assessment uses the same motion-tracking technology found in self-driving cars. You move through a short series of guided positions while the sensors measure how far, how steadily, and how evenly you move — then turn it into simple scores.
Measured, not guessed. A clear picture of where your body is right now — independent of how today happens to feel.
You leave with a plain-language readout — something to hold onto, and something to measure against later.
Each joint scored for how well it moves and how steady it holds — showing exactly which one is holding you back, and where to start.
Curious what your own numbers would say?
Book Your Assessment · $99 →A baseline. Not a diagnosis.
- A clear score for your posture, flexibility, core stability, and each joint's movement.
- A plain-language readout you keep — written so you can actually use it.
- A number to measure against later, so progress is evidence — not a feeling.
- Not a medical diagnosis. It won't name a condition or replace a visit to your doctor.
- Not an explanation for pain. It shows how you're moving — not why any specific spot hurts.
- Not a commitment to anything. The session is complete on its own, and your results are yours to keep.
If something in your results looks like it needs medical attention, we'll say so plainly — and point you to the right person to look at it. What the assessment gives you is a trustworthy place to start.
You don't need a reason to want to know.
-
"I want an honest read, not a guess."
Adults who'd rather know a number than assume, based on how their body feels on a given day.
-
"I'm deciding between a few types of care."
Not sure if Pilates, Rolfing, physical therapy, or something else fits best? Your results point to what your body actually needs — not what sounds good.
-
"I already work with someone else."
Bring your results to your chiropractor, trainer, or physical therapist. A clear baseline is useful information no matter who's treating you.
-
"I feel fine. I just want a number to track."
Athletes and generally healthy adults who want a benchmark for how they move — before something changes it.
-
"Something keeps coming back."
A pattern that improves, then returns — even after other treatment. The scan gives you an objective look at how you're moving, so your next decision rests on data.
-
"I'm not looking to join anything."
This is a single, standalone session. You're welcome to take your results and go.
Your baseline is one appointment away.
Book Your Assessment · $99 →About 30 minutes. Four simple steps.
Comfortable clothes are all you need. Nothing to prep, nothing to study.
You'll move through a guided series of positions while the sensor captures your motion. Unhurried, low-effort — nothing like a fitness test.
Posture, flexibility, stability, and joint-by-joint scores — explained in plain language, on the spot.
We go over every score with you and explain what it would take to change the ones that need it. What you do with that is yours to decide.
Yes, we're hoping you'll stay. Here's exactly how that works.
The assessment stands on its own — and it's also the front door to how we work. Drop-in classes, massage, Rolfing, and physical therapy can all be booked without it. But any plan we build around you starts with this scan, because we don't guess at starting points.
So if your results show something worth changing, we'll show you what a plan would look like. That's part of the session, on purpose. You can still take your results and go — some people do exactly that.
And if you decide to build a plan the same day, the $99 rolls into your first month. The assessment ends up costing you nothing.
Your body doesn't do two-day shipping.
Real change takes the right inputs, two to three times a week, over months. And "the right inputs" is the point — depending on what your scan shows, that might be classes, hands-on work like Rolfing or massage, or a combination. That's exactly what the readout tells us, and we'll map it with you before you leave.
One visit. One price.

Things people ask before they book.
Will this tell me what's wrong, or explain my pain?
No — and we won't pretend it does. The assessment measures how you move: posture, flexibility, stability, and joint-by-joint control. It doesn't diagnose a condition or explain why a specific spot hurts.
If something in your results looks like it needs medical attention, we'll tell you plainly and point you toward the right person to look at it.
Do I need to be in shape to do this?
No. This isn't a fitness test, and there's no pass or fail. The scan measures where you are today — whatever that looks like — so it works the same whether you move every day or haven't in years.
Am I signing up for anything after this?
No. The assessment is complete on its own — you leave with your results and a clear read on what they mean. If you want help acting on them, that's a separate decision, and it's entirely yours.
We'll be straight with you, though: every personalized plan and membership here starts with this assessment. (Drop-in classes, massage, Rolfing, and physical therapy don't require it.) And if you do decide to build a plan the same day, the $99 rolls into your first month — so the session is never wasted money either way.
How is this different from what my doctor or physical therapist already did?
A medical exam looks for what's wrong. This looks at how you move — coordination, flexibility, and control — and gives each piece a score.
It's a different lens on the same body — and it's useful information no matter who else you're seeing.
What happens to my results?
You get a plain-language readout to keep. If you continue with a plan here, that first scan becomes your baseline — something to measure against the next time you scan.
The assessment doesn't decide for you. It gives you something to decide from.
Some people take their results and build a plan here — Clinical Pilates, Rolfing, massage, or a combination. Others bring the readout to a practitioner they already trust. Either way, you're deciding from data instead of guesswork.
